Rough-in plumbing: Moving supply and drain lines to accommodate a new layout. This is the structural work that has to be right — proper slope on drain lines, correct pipe sizing for fixtures, and accessible shut-off valves. We rough-in to code and schedule the inspection before walls close up.

Fixture installation: Toilets, vanities, faucets, shower systems, tub fillers, bidets. We install every major brand and can advise on which fixtures perform best for your application — not just which ones look good in the showroom.

Shower valve installation: Pressure-balance and thermostatic valves prevent temperature shock. If you've ever been scalded when someone turns on the kitchen faucet, your shower valve needs upgrading. We install Moen, Delta, Kohler, and Grohe valves.

Tub-to-shower conversion: Removing a tub and converting to a walk-in shower requires rerouting the drain, adjusting supply line heights, and often adding a linear drain or curbless entry. We handle the full plumbing scope.

If you have a general contractor running your remodel, we coordinate directly with them. We show up for rough-in when the walls are open, pass inspection, and return for finish plumbing after tile and paint. Clean handoff, no scheduling conflicts.

If you're managing the project yourself, we can handle the full plumbing scope independently — rough-in through finish — and coordinate with your tile installer on drain placement and waterproofing.
