Detection & Permanent Fix

LEAK &
PIPE REPAIR

A small leak behind a wall can cause $20,000 in damage before you see the first water stain on your ceiling. We use electronic and thermal detection to find the exact source — not just where the water shows up — and repair it permanently. No temporary patches, no guessing.

What We Fix

LEAK TYPES WE HANDLE

Slab leaks: Water or sewer lines running beneath your concrete foundation develop leaks from corrosion, shifting soil, or poor original installation. We use electronic amplification and thermal imaging to pinpoint the leak location without tearing up your entire floor. Repair options include spot repair, reroute, or epoxy lining depending on pipe condition and accessibility.

Pinhole leaks in copper: Santa Clara County homes built in the 1970s-90s with copper supply lines are prone to pinhole leaks caused by water chemistry and electrolysis. One pinhole means more are coming. We assess whether a spot repair or partial repipe makes more sense long-term.

Burst pipes: Whether it's a supply line failure or a fitting that gave way, a burst pipe is an emergency. We respond within the hour, shut off the water, extract standing water, and make the repair. Same-day resolution for most burst pipe calls.

Hidden leaks: Increased water bills with no visible leak usually means a hidden line is failing — under the slab, inside a wall, or in the crawlspace. We detect and expose the leak with minimal demolition and repair it at the source.

Our Approach

DETECT FIRST, DIG SECOND

Most plumbers start cutting into walls or concrete based on where water appears. That's backwards. Water travels — sometimes 20 feet from the actual leak point before it shows up as a stain or puddle.

We use electronic leak detection equipment that amplifies the sound of pressurized water escaping through pipe walls, combined with thermal imaging to identify temperature differentials in walls and floors. The result: we know exactly where to open up, minimizing damage and repair time.

Every repair is pressure-tested before we close up the wall or slab. If it doesn't hold pressure, we don't leave.
